Key Responsibilities:
• Assembles products based on engineering and technical specifications.
• Ensures compliance with quality standards.
Required Qualifications: Referrals MUST meet all requirements. Check each box.
No felonies: a 10 year criminal background check will be reviewed by employer
No drug use: must pass a drug screening prior to employment.
GED or High School Diploma
English language: fluency in speaking/ listening/ reading/ writing
WorkKeys scores: Math 3, Reading 3, Locating Information 4 (college level work/degrees may substitute)
Willing/ able to work all shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) and mandatory overtime
Access to reliable transportation
Willing/ able to stand/walk for 8 hour work shift; minimal sitting/ desk time
Full range of body movement: reach, bend, crouch, pull, push, etc.
Able to lift/ carry objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly during a shift
Available to attend 3 full days of training: February 22,23,24; 8:30am - 4:30pm; Lowry Conference Center 1061 Akron Way, Denver
Preferred Qualifications: Check all that apply.
Note: Assembly Tech training will enhance many of these skills.
Electronic assembly, production, warehouse or manufacturing experience (any industry)
Stable work experience: minimal employment gaps in last 2 years
Basic Computer: can use a keyboard to enter simple data, navigate screens
Experience with hands-on work: creating/building products or providing a service
Willing to do repetitive and detailed assembly work
